Join myself and Hannah Stitfall for an exclusive 8-day safari through two of Zambia’s most extraordinary wildlife regions—Lower Zambezi and South Luangwa National Parks. We both fell in love with Zambia last year, and we’re beyond excited to share this incredible, Lion King-like wilderness with you!
Each day, we’ll embark on epic safari drives, witnessing leopards at dawn, elephants crossing the Zambezi, and lions patrolling the floodplains at sunset. Between adventures, we’ll enjoy world-class hospitality at Anabezi and Lion Camp, with delicious meals, time to relax, and optional photo critiques and storytelling sessions in the evenings.
This adventure has been expertly planned in collaboration with Dusty Boots Travel, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience. 10% of the trip’s proceeds will be donated to two incredible Zambian charities—Zambian Carnivore Programme, which protects Zambia’s large predators, and Project Luangwa, which supports education and community development in South Luangwa.

Safari Itinerary
🐘 Zambia (2–10 September 2025)
📍 4 Nights in Anabezi (Lower Zambezi National Park)
📍 4 Nights in Lion Camp (South Luangwa National Park)
Day 1: Arrival in Zambia & Transfer to Anabezi
Arrive at Lusaka Airport, where you’ll board a scenic domestic flight to Lower Zambezi National Park.
Boat or vehicle transfer to Anabezi, a luxury safari camp set along the Zambezi River.
Welcome briefing and time to settle into your beautiful tented suite.
Afternoon safari drive, where we may see elephants, hippos, and big cats.
Dinner under the stars, followed by an optional photography Q&A session.
Days 2–5: Anabezi Safari Experience
Each day follows a flexible but immersive safari schedule:
🌅 Early Morning
Wake up before sunrise for freshly brewed coffee and a light breakfast.
Head out on a morning safari drive to capture golden light over the Zambezi River.
Potential sightings: Leopards, elephants, wild dogs, hippos, lions, zebra and stunning birdlife.
🍽 Midday
Return to camp for a delicious lunch with fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
Siesta time—relax by the plunge pool or watch wildlife from your deck.
🦁 Afternoon & Evening Safari
Afternoon tea & snacks before heading out for a golden-hour safari drive.
Experience sunset over the floodplains, followed by a thrilling night safari to search for nocturnal predators.
Return to camp for a gourmet dinner, enjoying stories around the fire.
Optional evening editing session or photo critique with Dani or Hannah.
🔁 Day 5: Transfer from Anabezi to Lion Camp
After a final sunrise safari drive and breakfast, we take a domestic flight to South Luangwa National Park.
Transfer to Lion Camp, located in the heart of one of Africa’s most wildlife-dense regions.
Days 6–9: Lion Camp Safari Experience
Lion Camp offers a different landscape and wildlife experience, perfect for expanding your photography portfolio. Situated in the most northern reaches of the South Luangwa National Park in Zambia, Lion Camp is an intimately private lodge, offering 10 individual thatch and canvas suites with unobtrusive views.
🌅 Mornings in South Luangwa
Early wake-up for coffee and a light breakfast.
Morning safari drive along the Luangwa River—prime time for spotting leopards, lions, and huge herds of elephants.
Return for a hearty lunch and relaxation.
🌄 Afternoon & Evening Safari
After afternoon tea, we set out for a golden light safari drive.
Sunset in the bush, followed by a night safari to spot hyenas, porcupines, and elusive predators.
Return for a beautiful dinner at camp.
Optional evening editing & storytelling session, with Dani or Hannah.
Day 10: Final Safari & Departure
Enjoy one last sunrise safari drive before breakfast.
Transfer to the airstrip for your flight back to Lusaka, where you’ll connect to your international flight home.
Farewell & photo recap—you leave with stunning images and unforgettable memories.
